What is an A'KALA Sponsorship?
The needs of the children involved with A'KALA are monitored directly by our Director of Ministry in San Lucas, Sandra Ajcot. Sponsoring a child is $40.00 each month. A'KALA ensures your monthly donation goes directly to the needs of the sponsor child. All sponsor children receive a basket of food and other basic supplies, along with support for any additional needs. These specific needs range from tuition costs, healthcare, clothing, etc.
Finding a sponsor child
If you choose to sponsor a child with A'KALA, you will have the opportunity to become acquainted with all of the children involved with A'KALA to find the child that your heart connects with. Complete the interest form below, and a representative from A'KALA Family Foundation will be in contact with you to guide you along your sponsorship journey.
Communication with your sponsor child
If you choose to sponsor a child with A'KALA, you will receive a photo and a biography about the child you wish to sponsor. Throughout the year, you will receive updates and photos of your sponsor child. You can send letters and pictures to your child and their family as well. All communication with your sponsor child is facilitated through our Director of Ministry in San Lucas.
